Sullivan University No Fee Application Promotion:
Sullivan University is having a No Fee November promotion this month! It officially ends on December 2nd
They are willing to waive the enrollment fee to the school for seniors that are interested in our school!
Here are the requirements:
-Submit an application to the school dated for this month through December 2nd.
-Submit an unofficial transcript with test scores
-Add our school code to their FAFSA (004619)
-Complete an on campus or virtual tour of the school
December ACT: The late registration deadline for the December 9th ACT has been extended to November 26th. Late fees do apply. MCHS is a host site for the December test. Register at www.act.org
Students taking the December ACT at Madison Central: You are required to have your Admission Ticket and Photo ID to enter. If you do not have a photo ID, see your school counselor before December 9th.
EKU Dual Credit Registration for Spring 2018: EKU will be coming to MCHS to register students for the 2018 spring semester.
They will come on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 8 am to 12 pm in Computer Lab A.
Students that will need to take CMS 100 will take the class online.
Students should attend at the following times:
1st Harrell and Gray classes
2nd – Harrell’s class
3rd – Gray’s 5th and 6th classes
4th – Harrell’s 7th period and 4th period EKU NOW bus riders.
The following Colleges/Universities will be visiting Madison Central High School to share information with students during Studio time:
Tuesday, November 28th – Morehead State University and Alice Lloyd College in Lecture Lab

Students interested in Pharmacy: On December 2nd, the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy will be hosting a Pharmacy Preview Day for all high school and undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing careers in pharmacy. The event will be held at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, and open for students, educators, and their families. We will provide light refreshments, have breakout sessions for students and their guests to learn about pharmacy school, and provide tours of our facilities.
We would encourage all students that are interested in the healthcare field to attend the event! This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet faculty, current students, and pharmacists who work in the cutting edge of medical sciences. The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy is ranked in the top ten in the nation, and recognized world-wide for cutting edge developments in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
