In-Person Instruction Starting Next Week Monday, September 28 is the first day for in-person instruction. We are so excited to have the students back in the building!

*If your last name starts with A-K you will report to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. *If your last name starts with L-Z you will report to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. *The days you are not at in-person school you will still need to sign on to Zoom to allow for attendance, assignments, etc. *Fridays: Students will participate in learning from their homes (i.e., virtually) as students have done up to this point. Teachers will give students specific guidance.

Dress Code ? Students who return will be expected to be in dress code. You can find a copy of the dress code on our FB site and/or website.

Masks ? Masks are to be worn on the bus and at school at ALL times; except -when actively eating or drinking -during scheduled short “mask breaks” -masks may be: plain, solid color cloth masks with no writing or logos. -multi-color masks with patterns (polka dots, stripes, etc.) -No images on masks -A surgical or medical mask -An approved BMCMS mask

Hand washing ? We will have students wash their hands several times during the day (before/after meals). ? Hand sanitizer will also be used several times a day.

Backpacks and school supplies ? Backpacks are allowed. ? School supplies can be sent in at any time with your student. However, students should limit supplies on DAY 1 to the minimum (pencil/pen, notebook) and wait for teachers to give specific guidance. ? There will be no sharing of materials this year

Breakfast and lunch ? Students will be able to pick up a grab and go breakfast each morning as they enter school. Breakfast will be taken to their classrooms each morning. ? Students will also be eating lunch in the cafeteria and be escorted to and from the cafeteria each day. Students will be social distanced and will be facing the same way. ? Students may bring their lunch. Water Bottles ? Students may have a refillable or single use water bottle at school. Appropriate distancing and masking rules will be in place and the teachers will review those expectations with students. Single use water bottles will be disposed of when empty.

Chromebooks/Devices ? Students may bring their Chromebooks and/or devices for In-Person Learning. Phones Students may bring their phones and they will be stored in their respective classrooms in a “phone caddy”.
