Kingston hosts Family Fitness Nights

Kingston Elementary School hosts a family night event the first Thursday of every month. September was Family Fitness Night. Families were invited to spend the evening at school working out together in the Fitness Lab, learning new games to play in the gym and playing Hopscotch and Jump Rope outside.

Families were provided a healthy meal consisting of turkey roll ups, fresh vegetables and water. Games and activities were led by Kingston teachers that work hard to make these nights special for our students. Family Nights at Kingston are sponsored by the Family Resource Center and Title 1 Program.
