Graduation Requirements

 

 

To graduate from Madison Southern High School, students are required to obtain a mimimum of 22 credits.

 Int Social Studies or AP Government  Humanities
(Art, Drama, or Music)
Can be two
consecutive Years of Foreign Langage

All the above requirements apply to the Pre-college Curriculum with the addition of two years of Foreign Language.  2 Consecutive years of a Foreign language will count as a humanities credit.  Students seeking to obtain the AP Scholars Diploma have special course requirements.

The council of Higher Education also recommends that college bound students take additional course work in mathematics, science, foreign languages,arts and computer literacy.

We at Madison Southern recommend that students take a course of study that will challenge them to reach their maximum potential and to find their proper place in life.
