ScreenChomp is a virtual white board, this method could be used at all levels in all content areas.




Students stop and reflect, and make sense of their learning experience.  
Using ScreenChomp students can share their understanding by:

  • sharing a process
  • organization of information with graphic organizers
  • visual representations of information
  • solve a problem
  • create a story
  • illustrate concepts
  • compose sketches
  • Colloborative Activites students have the opportunity to share with others their understanding or work with others

Screen Chomp  allows you to record your voice while using annotation tools.  You can use the drawing tools to bring life to your explanation.  You can start on a blank screen or upload a picture.  The recordings are then uploaded and you receive an url to use on a website or in email so you can get back to view your recording.

Issues with Screen Chomp: 

  • has large borders
  • can't embed in video
  • one slide per lesson
  • can't rotate images
