Updates on Transportation

Each year on the first day of school, we anticipate a few bumps in the road when it comes to transportation. Yesterday, we certainly had some issues. The volume of traffic at Madison Kindergarten Academy was much more than expected and caused our shuttle buses to be unable to get into the school to pick up students. The shuttles were finally loaded and on their way a little after 4 p.m., but that made the buses for Kit Carson, Glenn Marshall, and White Hall elementaries very late in loading and delivering students home. We spent several hours last night reconstructing the dismissal plan for Madison Kindergarten Academy.
