We are currently accepting nominations for a parent representative to serve one year on the School Based Decision Making Council at B. Michael Caudill Middle School. Any parent with a child attending B. Michael Caudill Middle School during the 2017-2018 is eligible to run for SBDM. SBDM representatives are required to attend a training session (six-hours for a new member/ three-hours for an experienced member) and monthly meetings.
Nominations will begin Monday, April 24 and will be open through Sunday, May 7. If you would like to nominate a candidate for SBDM, please complete this form and return it to school by May 7, 2017 or email it to email@example.com. The parent nomination form can be picked up in the front office at BMCMS or downloaded from BMCMS’s website.
Elections will be held at B. Michael Caudill Middle School on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm.
