2017-2018 Back to School Information

Students in Madison County Schools will be headed back to class on Wednesday, Aug. 16. In preparation for the first day of school, schools are planning enrollment dates, back to school nights, orientations, and sending out school supply lists. Summer Learning and Fun Opportunities Available Throughout Madison County

Madison County - and many surrounding counties - host a variety of summer learning and summer fun opportunities for kids of all ages. Please visit the district's SUMMER CAMP OPPORTUNITIES page for details on many of these activities.

2017-2018 school year calendar set by the Board

The Madison County Board of Education voted to approve the calendar for the 2017-2018 school year. The school year will begin for students on Wednesday, Aug. 16, and end on Friday, May 25. The calendar includes a three-day fall break the first week of October as well as a full week of spring break the first week of April. The calendar can be viewed HERE.
