In an effort to allow public comments to the extent feasible during the current situation, if you have a comment regarding an item on the agenda you can email your comment to email@example.com. Include your name, organization or group that you represent (if any) and the number of the agenda item your comment is in reference to. Emailed comments must be received by 4:00PM the Monday prior to the meeting. Comments will be given to the board for consideration.
