Electronic Communications with Students
Effective June 27, 2025, school districts across the state will be subject to a school-related communications law passed this spring by the Kentucky General Assembly. The law is aimed at strengthening student safety, communications transparency, and family engagement. Madison County Schools believes in the purpose of the law - known as Senate Bill 181 – and we would like to give you some information about how SB 181 affects you as a substitute.
