Destruction of Records

In accordance with district procedures and records retention guidelines, the following special education records will be destroyed: Special Education Due Process Records for students who attended Madison County Schools and were born in, or prior to, 1998. Parties desiring a copy of such records must contact the Special Education Department at 859-625-6044 no later than July 1, 2024.
